Total body exercises

  1. I'm Carla and I have chosen this video because it seems to me that the warm up is well structured and the exercises are quite complete in my point of view, it combines strength and cardio exercises.
    Although it is an intense warm up, I think you can perform the exercises easily and without needing material to do them, they are exercises in a row repeating each one twice. First you do all the exercises from above and then you do the ones on the floor.
    And lastly, I think that this warm-up should not be done every day, but that there should be a day in between when you do calmer exercises.

  2. Hi, I'm Elena and I have chosen the video of my colleague Carla because it seems to me a very complete warm up, it can be a little long because sometimes she repeats the exercises several times, but you can combine them and I find it an entertaining warm up.
    It exercises almost all the muscles of the body very easily, I do not see any exercise too complicated and they are without material that is to say that everyone could practice it at home.
