  1. Hello, I'm Carmen and I'm going to comment on this video that is about some cardio and strength exercises that guarantee you lose weight.

    It promises that with these exercises you will get very fit.

    They are very intense exercises. (eight exercises of thirty seconds and between each exercise twenty seconds of rest and we will repeat this cycle three times)

    The first exercise is cardio, raising your knees and touching it with your opposite hand.

    For the second exercise we need a dumbbell and we have to slide our leg from one side to the other

    The exercises are interspersed with one for strength and another for cadio.

    The next exercise is some jumps but very intense.

    Next are some push-ups.

    Next up some squats.

    As you can see, they are very bearable exercises.

  2. I have chosen this video of my classmate to comment because I found interesting the exercises that this guy shows on it.
    They are quite simple exercises, they do not require a lot of time but a little effort.
    In it he performs three sets of about eight exercises to burn fat from all over the body, they are quite effective exercises that put the whole body in motion.
