The video is about 5 exercises: the first consists of standing up and turning your waist as exaggeratedly as possible to both sides, the second is about opening your legs while standing and stretching your arms to the opposite side, the third is about opening your legs and turn to one side when we are in that position, we go down and try to touch the foot to both sides as well, the fourth is the same as the third but instead with the legs from above then from below and to end up in the same position we were in We raise one arm up. My opinion about this video is very good because it is easy and simple to do at home if you don't have much time.
