Hello, I'm Elena and I have chosen this video because I think it is a video that if we are starting to do abdominal exercises it would be a good workout, very easy to do both at home and in the gym, whatever we want, it won't take long at all, it would be a few 10 minutes a day or as many days as we want.
    Patry Jordan is a girl who does exercises to do at home and they are very easy to follow

  2. This abdominal workout tutorial is very good. The instructor provides clear and motivating guidance on each exercise, making it easy to keep up and maintain proper form. The plank and crunch exercises are challenging but effective for strengthening the core. I like how it includes variations to suit different fitness levels, making it accessible to everyone. The rest intervals are sufficient to recover but keep the pace of the workout. After following this tutorial, I feel like I have really worked my abdomen effectively. I will definitely include it in my regular workout routine.
