  1. Hello, I'm Paula Salvador and I'm going to comment on this video about eliminating fat in the body and being more fit. I think that at our age we have to stay in good physical shape and health. For this we can do several exercises such as: the first you have to do jumping jacks, the second you have to bring one leg forward and put it at 90 degrees, the third you have to stay standing and open only one leg, repeating it with both legs. For the fourth exercise is to jump and when you are down, stay in a squat and repeat it. The next one consists of standing up and raising and lowering your arms. And many more exercises to lose fat and stay in shape and also adding some cardio which is also very important, all of this also entails having a good diet, especially for young people today.

    This video is about a cardio and strength routine.
    The first exercise is to open and close your legs with as much energy as possible for thirty seconds.
    The second exercise is doing like a ladder, you must go down to the bottom with one leg forward and one leg behind.
    The truth is that this video is very good, because they are not very complicated exercises, they are very easy to follow and do not have any type of difficulty.

  3. Hi, I'm Claudia Mediavilla and I'm going to comment on the video of my colleague Paula. This video talks about cardio and strength and teaches us exercises to tone up. One of the exercises consists of opening your legs and making small jumps while at the top you open your arms and close your elbows. For example, another exercise consists of doing scissors and lunges, and the last exercise that I am going to discuss is about doing lateral raises in the legs, that is to say put your legs together and lift one of them.I chose this video because I think it is very important for young people to maintain a good physical condition
