I was searching about flexibility routines and I found this video which talk about a morning routine, the first advice is to drink water, which I personally should improve, mostly at morning, so I'm going to apply this, the last part is the breakfast, I'm improving on this and replacing biscuits with toasts, the key of the video is the movility routine, I've to recognise that the exercise are quite funny but I'm unable to say is not efective so why don't try to improve our movility. We should improve our flexibility beacause is underated and avoid injuries and allow using better our energy.

The video explains very clearly and fast some exercises that do not make you lose too much time and perform a very important function. This video could be a great morning routine for everyone and I believe that everyone should try it. The video also explains a little bit about breakfast and how could you make it healthier and good for the rest of the morning. In conclusion, it's a great video with a lot of useful information about how to start the day (stretches and breakfast).
