  1. Hello, I’m Lucía and I chose this video because I think it’s really helpful. I’m not a flexible person, so I think this routine can help people like me to become more flexible. This video explains 3 exercises someone can do daily to improve their flexibility. What I like the most about this video is that the girl teaching the stretches does them. This is really helpful because you can see how to do the stretches correctly. What I also like about the video is that she explains what to do with certain body parts while you are stretching so you don´t hurt yourself.

Hello, I’m Naiala López and I decided to choose this video to do my comment because I found a short and entertaining video, I think they are exercises that will really give you good and quickly results, as my partner has said, there are 3 short and easy exercises, a plus that I have seen is that the material that is needed is a common material that anyone can have or get , they are exercises that you can do at home and at any time. It is necessary to show these types of videos or follow the instructions of your teacher before you start improving your flexibility.
