  1. Hi, I'm Hugo. I decided to comment on this post because I wanted to search for different ways to improve flexibility. As I'm not a flexible person, this video helped me to know what I could do to improve my flexibility. This little routine consists about 3 short exercises that work the whole body's flexibility. The routine is not very long and you don't need any special material to do it. For these reasons, I believe that it's a very good video and routine for everybody to start improving their flexibility, if you already mastered this ability, the video also explains how to make it harder for people who want to improve more.

  2. The reason why I chose this video is because as stretching is the most important fitness factor. Over the strength, the speed, and the strength. Because it is the basis of the others, with more muscle length you are better in the other three, and also prevents you from hurting yourself. So, for something so important, you need to know the best ways to do it. That is what the video talks about, three simple stretches to stretch all the main muscles of the body. It teaches you some examples of how stretch all of them without hurting yourself, which is essential to do every physical activity.
