  1. Hello I´m Noemí Zurita Ángel and I choose this vídeo because I think that is a curius vídeo because the girl do movements to strech that I dont see in my life. For me I like the vídeo because I have all days that we do some excercices of the medicine ball throwing, jumping, elasticity or more I have always laces and I'm in pain all week and is a sensation that I don´t recomend and this video explains some estreching movements to do so as not to have holes. I recomend to do when yo do sports.

  2. Hello, I’m Lucía and I chose to comment on Noemí’s video because I think it’s really interesting. I’ve never heard of mobility videos and it’s a really interesting concept. What I like about the routine is that you can do it every morning to get your body moving and ready for the day. This video is good for people who don´t have a lot of time to exercise. What I also like about this video is that if you do this every day, in the long run, it is going to help with mobility and make you more flexible.

  3. Hi i am Jaime Malanda Castelao and I decided to choose this video because I find it very usefull to do it every day in the morning before going to school. I thinnk is a good video also because it doesn't take much time to watch it and do it, also I think the exersises are a very good options and are the best to relax all the muscles of the body. I think this video might help to many people in the stresfull days of the week when you have exams.
