  1. I have chosen this video because I think it is a very useful video and easy to follow if you want to improve your physical condition. It is a daily 7 minutes routine that everybody can try because it's not so long and everyone should have time to do it once a day. If you couldn't follow at a 100% the rhythm of the routine you can do shorter times in the excercises or take some breaks between them. So I think this routine could be very useful and good for everyone who wants to improve their physical condition.
