WORKOUT RUTINE IN HOUSE.

  1. This video is about an exercise routine at home. I think it is simple and easy because they are simple exercises that you can have without having equipment at home like weights, machines... These exercises will help you to be in good physical shape because during this forty is not all about eating. This guy from the video does them in 10 minutes although if you are more of a beginner you can take more time. Also with these exercises you can do chest, arm, leg, abdominal... All these exercises plus 20 minutes of cardio in elliptical or running would be the perfect plan.

  2. I really liked this video that you have chosen to perform exercises during this quarantine, because as you say you do not have to be eating all the time or at least it is not preferable. It's a great video to keep you fit and even if you don't get the sport right these exercises in the end you do it even at another pace, and the most important thing is that you don't need materials to do them, point in favor for people who don't have it.
