Now we are in quarentine so it´s very important to do some activities Also I have chosen this video because you don´t need any equipment to do it so I think it is good in this moment. Hi Rodrigo, I really enjoy your video because it's a really Good one to every one person who wants to mantein fit and do some exercise during this quearentine and dont want to spend a lot of time doing it.I also like how the video is made , the sound , the music , how it's edited and the different indications to ensure that every one do it well. The last thing is thye elections of the different exercises, they really target every single muscle of the body , also the difficult ones to do without equiqment like the calves, not only the abs which are really easy to work.
