  2. Hi, I'm Lucas and I select this video for many reasons. The first is that this video combines the capacity of improve our physical condition no just with normal exercices which you would found in a gym or just in a video tutorial of youtube to do fitness, the thing that has drawn my attention is that combine that with a real sport that is the football. The video talk about three fundamentals aspects that are the speed and agility, the strenth and finally the endurance, this aspects or conditions are the most important to improve in a sport and also in you physical condition.

Good job Lucas, I think this post is very interesting and useful because there are many people who like to increase their resistance for example but do not know how to get it right and I think that this video contains good quality content. I really liked that it is based on 3 fundamental aspects so that we can better focus on our development.
