  1. A lot of people can't go to the gym or go outside to do sport during the quarantine, like ride bike or go to run. In this video, show an example of how to do sport in Your House. I think this type of videos are really usefull forma people who love to do sport and is their lives. It's really simple and you have different ideas, like run in Your garden, do weights with objects in Your House, or ir you have the correct things to do it,even better. I really liked this video.
