Hi im Hugo and I have choose this video for 3 main things. The first one is that I like a lot how the video is made, every thing is Good , tha audio , the music , the different indications that put to show to every one how to do the different exercises.The second thing is the different exercises he choose, they are really Good , they target every single muscle of our back and they are really Good explained so every one can do it correctly.I the last thing is that the exercises are so easy, so every one can do it , and mantein fit during this period.
