I have chosen it because doing physical activity and stay fit is very important, and now that we must stay at home it can be very helpful. Also, you don´t need any special equipment to do it so I think it is good for all. The video shows a circuit of exercises and it takes a minute. Hi Pablo! I really liked this video, this men teach us a lot of exercises including stretching,that is very important. I will use it to strength my body this week, because it uses a lot of exercises to improve the abdominals (the main video) and other exercises for the arms and legs. It is a very complete training and, about the channel, he have a lot of videos to move our body with only our weight, that is very important. It is a perfect channel to do exercise at home, so I will use it. Thanks you for all Pablo!
I like a lot Pablo! I think this is a video for a ten, because he shows very cleaver all the exercices, also he told us the times that we have to do it. Another important ponit is the material because most of us dont have all the material required, so this is perfect. Also is very complete because he do exercises most time of the abdominal part, but also the rest parts of the body. In this times is very important to do some physical activity to keep in form and also for the return to not see all to dificult so I´m going to start doing this exercices and get a good physical form. Hi Pablo, I have been doing these exercises at home, they have been quite useful and easy to do. The warm-up part is also very important, so as not to cause an injury.
