  1. I have chosen this video because during these days you cannot go out and therefore we move less than normal. I propose this cardio routine that takes 10 minutes and costs nothing. It is an easy, fast routine and that if we do it every day it will help us maintain our physical condition. All this I say because doing sports is very important for health and every day we should do some physical activity and these days with greater importance, even if it is not the same as going for a run outdoors, this exercise table can be done in home without any kind of special material, so this time there are no excuses not to move.

    I encourage you to try this exercise table, it is great. Good luck.

  2. Hi Inés, I really like your video.
    Like you, I think cardio is one of the most difficult activity to do during this quarantine and this video can be very useful.
    Another thing I like, is you didn´t need nothing to do the exercices,only your mobile and a carpet or a yoga mat or something similar.
    Finally remark that another ting I like, is that unlike the exercices like run, you only need few minutes, to do the necessary cardio for a day

  3. Hi Ines! I love this video, really nice. The fact that the girl begins explaining all the exercises in a graphic way so that while you do the routine yo don't have to stop to see how they are performed is a very practical way to not miss the rhythm. In addition to the clear and quick explanation, marking the times with sounds is a very good way to not get distracted. Also, you don't need material or more than 10 minutes to do it makes it easier to do it at home.

  4. I think it's a very well-chosen video.
    The girl knows how to explain all the exercises immediately so that you can follow the routine without taking too many breaks to notice how she does it if you are not an expert. You don't need any gym equipment to do these exercises. These ten minutes will be enough to get you in great shape, which will come in handy these days.
