  1. Hi everyone, my name is Mario and I am going to present my video on how to burn fat in 10 minutes with this daily routine.
    Apart from changing our body, this routine improves our physical and mental health.
    It consists of 10 exercises in which the back is worked, especially.
    I have done these exercises at home and it has been quite easy and useful.
    You do not need any type of material to carry them out, with a mat or towel that you put on the floor to avoid hurting yourself.
    I recommend that you start doing these types of exercises, since now we are all standing by quarantine.

  3. Hi Mario, i really like this video because is an short video but it talk about a lot of things.
    The way that they recommended how to do de exercises really help to do better. Also i really like that in the exercises no is necessary to have a equipment to do it, is say, every people who really are interested of do exercise in their houses, they can do it!
    Are exercices simples and it is important to highlight that they are not very hard to do becouse were doing it a men and a women.
    My favourite exercice is that need a peace of cloth to do it, and you are lying in the floor and with the cloth in your hands pull fordward and backward.
