Hello, I am Gloria and I have chosen this video for several reasons: they are easy, all the exercises are explained graphically and also the person who speaks describes all the steps, they put the time or the repetitions that you have to do in each one, how many calories are lost during the exercises and no specific material is needed (maybe a mat or something to avoid harm). Also, they are the exercises that I have been practicing these days and with them, I have increased my resistance a lot and they are good exercises to do at home if you want to do cardio.
