  1. Hi, I'm Rebeca, I have chosen this video because I think i'ts important to improve your physical fitness, especially in this video talks about football. Also it explains that if you want to be a great player you have to work on speed and agility, strength and endurance, besides exposes the beneficts of the different areas of physical fitness. In football speed allows you to accelerate past opponentsor reach the ball before defenders. The agility, to move quickly in different directions. Also it shows you different exercises to improve them, such as sprint or agility hurdles. Strength helps you to run faster and endurance to maintain the higher levels of energy for 90 minutes.   2. I have choose this video to comment in because, in my opinion to play football , one of the most important things is to have a good physical fitness , for been able to afford the effort. In the video they show us , the tree areas , speed and agility , strength and endurance. They explain for what is used each of it. You can improve speed and agility with sprints. For football is very important the endurance , because you have to continue playing till the end of the match, 90 minutes. To be a good football player you have to improve the three areas.

  3. Hi, I choose this video, because is a good way to learn who to play football and to improve your physical fitness. Also, explain the most important in football, that is the speed and agility, the streght and the endurance. In the first, the speed and agility, you must to be very fast to see the spaces and score a gol. Also, you must be a very agility person to do some skills and then explain some exercises to imporve that. Then, in the video is explain that you should be a streght person, because in the football, you must pley with your body and then show some exercises to train the streght. And the last part of the video is the endurance. The football players run several kilometers in a match, and this is because they have improve their endurance.
