  1. Hello. My name is Andrés, and I have chosen this video, because this boy explein very well the ways to do physical activity. The first exercise is how to do a plank, and you have to put your body completely straight during 15-30 seconds. The second exercises is squat, and the objective is to put the shoulders above your knees. The thirth is how to do reverse lunge, the fourth is the butt bridge that the aim is to do a straight line from your head to the knees. The fifth is to do push-ups, that you have to put your body completely straingh, and the last exercises is I-Y-T, that you have to put your arms in the air. I hope you like the video and understand the explanation.

  2. Hello Andrés, I really like your post, this video is very good and interesting, I think you have done a good election. I like that it is a short video but is very simple to understand it because you can see exactly what you have to do. Also, I like the exercises and I think they are very good if you want to improve your strengh. Another point I really appreciate is that you don´t need any object or equipment to do these exercises and you can do it on your home. Thanks for sharing this video with us, good job.
