FULL BODY WORKOUT-30 MINUTES

  1. Hello, I'm Teresa. I have chosen this video because it appeared in Youtube's recommendations and I found it interesting. It consists of a 30 minutes workout in order to train all our body (legs, arms, glutes, and abs). I think this exercises are perfect for our nowadays situation, you can do them at home, with just a mat, the length is adequate (we are supposed to do 30 minutes' workout every day). Also training all parts of our body is good for our help. The girl changes the exercises quite quickly in order not to get bored or tired. Doing the exercises at the same time as the girl can help you to understand how to do them and the time you need to do them.

Hi Teresa, thanks for this video because I was looking for a table of exercises in which the whole body will work since these days we do not move almost because of the situation and as you have said before we should exercise for at least 30 minutes every day . This video is perfect for both the exercises and its duration, also no gym equipment is needed and that makes things easier. The only thing the video if it were in English would be better because while you exercise you learn vocabulary (as a recommendation).
