TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR ENDURANCE

  1. HI! My Name is Maria. During this assessment, in Physical education we were practising physical fitness, which involves speed, endurance, strength and elasticity. I chose this video because, in my opinion, endurance is the most difficult physical fitness activity.
    The video shows how to improve your endurance in soccer following 5 steps:
    1. Be honest.
    2. Doing realistic training: not everyone can do the same, so you should adapt your training to you.
    3. Having a good technique.
    4. Mental self – talk.
    5. Following the right diet and a good lifestyle.

  2. Hi my name is Angel and I will make a brief comment on the video of my friend Maria. This video I liked, because resistance seems an interesting sport and I quite like. The video explains very well several key exercises to keep or gain strength as we practice them. We can also see clearly the different changes of rhythm that the athlete makes. To end the video talks about diets that needs to be done to keep or get a good physical shape. This is all what I think about the video of Maria and I hope that with the may encourage you to practice athletics.

  3. Hello, this is Enrique Herrero from 1ºBachiller (San Gregorio School)
    As María said, endurance is the most difficult skill for improvement (in my opinion) and I wanted to get known to how encourage this physical capacity.
    The video shows us some items to give the path for improve our endurance. Some of these tips are:
    1. Be honest about what you really want to.
    2. Realistic training.
    3. Doing a reliable performance.
    4. Mental self
    5. Right diet and lifestyle

  4. Hello! I am Rodrigo from San Gregorio School.

    I decided to comment this video because:

    - I think that the endurance is the most difficult part of the gymnastics skills because to win resistance you have to train a lot and if you don´t, you are not to gain any endurance.

    - In spite of you have to train a lot, I think that is the most necessary skill because if you run a lot but you don´t resist so much, it does not help you.

    - In our ages, I think that all the sports we do need resistance. In football, for example, if you play very well and you don´t resist so much time you are going to be very tired and you will have to go to the dock quickly and the same in basketball.
