  1. Hi, I'm David Ruiz from San Gregorio School and I bring you this video related to the resistance when doing physical activities, that is, to improve when competing or your personal brands.   2. Hello David!
    In my opinion I think those exercises are a very good way to improve your resistance. Also, that you can see in this video these are exercises that can be practiced in our homes, because you don't need a big space to do that different types of movements. Also, the exercises that are explained in the video are similar that the exercises that we have made in the PE lessons during the assessment. I have enjoyed a lot doing this exercises, and I'm going to practice them several days during the week the improve my strength and health.
