Improve Flexibility

  1. Hello, I´m Ines Calvo of San Gregorio School.
    In this term we are practicing physical fitness and body expression, in the part of physical fitness we are practicing endurance, speed, strength, flexibility… And in the part of body expression we must do a film of 15 minutes without talking.
    I choose this video because for my, the part of flexibility is very difficult, and I suppose that watching this video and practicing the exercises that the woman sow us I can improve. This video start with easy exercises and these ones go being more difficult. Also, the woman of the video say that is important to have good breath while we were doing the exercises.

  2. Hello everyone!! My name is Maria Martin and I am a student of San Gregorio school. During this assessment, in Physical education, we were practising our physical fitness skills with a lot of performance that may allow us to improve.
    I decided to comment this video because of that. I think nowadays we don’t take enough care to these skills and it is very important to develop them. Flexibility is one of the hardest, especially for boys.
    So watching this video you are going to learn a lot of exercises about how to improve and you will be more elastically!
