  1. Hello I'm Etna Maestro Bedoya. I am a student of 1º Bachiller. In this term we do different things one of these activities is one that I am going to explain you how to do it and how to improve it.
At the beginning, this video gives us some tips that will allow you to improve the physical resistance by running.
When you start running you should not run as much as you can but catch a rhythm that you can have all the time. In this exercise it is very important in all practices to start and finish at the same rhythm.
This is the most important of this exercise. I think this exercise is important for our health and you improve your endurance.
I hope you like it and understood.

  2. Hi, I am Belén Ruiz, Etna's classmate. I choose this video because the girl explains easily how to improve the endurance and how to do running in the correct way.
Before starting, she explains that the comfortable rhythm is very important in order not to get tired quickly. You can maintain it for at least one hour.
Firstly, she explains how to know it. For this, she recommends being talking with someone or reading a text.
Secondly, to improve the endurance she recommends running some time quickly, and other times at your comfortable rhythm. Do not try to run faster than your rhythm.
Well, this is all. I hope my comment to be useful for someone. Bye!

  3. Hi, I am Marco, a member of Etna's class. I have taken this video because it explains you how to improve and learn your confortable rhythm.
The video explains what is your confortable rhythm which is the speed you should go and you don't get tired instead une hour.
After it explains how you know what is your comfortable rhythm and how to improve; you know which is your good rhythm when you start running constantly for approximately une hour and you don't get tired (never increase your speed although you don't think you are making exercise).
Finally you will increase your constantly rhythm always running slowly and as long as you can.
This is my explanation about Etna's video about endurance I hope you like it.

  4. Hello, I´m Ines Calvo of San Gregorio School.
I want to comment in Etna´s post because I think is really interesting.
The video sow us haw was our perfect and natural rhythm, the one which we can stay one hour running without stop, to know what is, the girl of the video recommend us to talk to someone or to read a text, if you don´t be fatigated this is your rhythm. After that we can start practicing the speed, but no before practicing our natural rhythm.
The video is good to practice for the Course-Navette test, and for the speed test.
This all, I hope you liked and understand.
    Bye, bye.
