Hi, I am Belén Ruiz and I a student from the first year of bachiller. I was not sure of what to talk about this evaluation, so I thought describing a video about my favorite sport will be the best, so that I picked this video, which explains how to maximize climbing endurance. The man explains that the most efficient, hardcore and painful way is doing bowl problems in a row. That is what he is doing firstly in the video. He recommends doing it with less than four kilos, and for beginners with their own weight. He says that a bowl problem should be around five to seven moves, continuous and the perfect difficulty for the climber. You can know its difficulty, because if you finish it easily, it means that it was too easy; but if you fall on the second move, it was too difficult. Then, there is a video of himself doing it. I hope it to be useful for somebody. Bye.
