  1. Hello people! I`m Sofía de la Parte, from the 1st year of Bachillerato. DUring this assessment, in Physical Education lessons, we were practising strength, flexibility and endurance.I considered that PE, it is a really important subject and also for me it is very funny, but sometimes, when we are practising endurance, it is a little bit bored running and running all the time, so in this video you can learn another different ways to improve and practise your endurance.
    The video show us 20 different games or exercises, that are:burrito, kneeling, horse, back to back, cat and mouse, monkeys on their sticks, pulling, toads, fight on four supports, fight with a support in one hand, crabs back, touches heels, jumps on one foot , 1-2 face down, lift baby, sack, the first to arrive, burned goat, relays.
