Welcome to my post. I'm sure you will like it! Now, I'm going to explain you the reasons of why I've chosen this video for my task in this Physical Education blog:
1- We have been improving our strength and endurance during this term and also, this week, we have started with speed. That's why I have chosen this video. I'm sure it is going to help us improve our speed with some tips for the next week's exam.
2- I think the video is well explained, because the person who gives the tips, is a professional sprint coach.
3- It shows us how a sprinter runs to understand better the tips and to give us an example. Learning by watching the sprinter's techniques is essential.
Some tips which will help you and that are mentioned in the video are:
1- The movement of the arms: It is important to move them forward. If you move them sideways, the force won't go straight forward.
2- Head and neck: It is better to keep these areas relaxed.
3- Body inclination: You shouldn't keep your body completely straight, because you will need to move the knees higher.
4- Steps: If you take long steps, you will run more than with short ones. This is a common mistake which most people make.

Hi!! I´m Raquel I think this video is so interesting because they teach us how to become faster, especially because in this assessment we have to do the course navette exam and in this exam we need speed and resistance. All the tips are so important but the one that has attract my attention is the number three, the body inclination, because in my case I don´t do when I prepare to run. Ok!!
