5 strength exercises to run faster

  1. Hello, my name is Paula and I am going to explain to you about the video that I have taken, I have taken this video because I think it is very interesting the 5 exercises that have to be done to run faster.
    I will explain the 5 strength exercises:
    The first thing we should do for any sport, not just to run, is to warm up for 10 or 15 minutes.
    The second is to do a circuit of strength consisting of doing 5 exercises of 10 to 15 repetitions per exercise. It is also necessary to do 10 seconds of rest after each exercise. And also from 3 to 5 rounds 1 second of rest after each round.
    The third thing that must be done is a continuous race of 15 to 20 seconds at the end of each round.
    And to finish with the speed exercises you have to stretch your muscles.
