How to develop flexibility

  1. Hi, I am Angy Arboleda and I a student from the first year of bachiller in Sangregorio school. I was not sure of what to talk about this assessment, because there were a lot of themes to talk (like games,strengh,other sports..),but finally I chose flexibility.For my the flexibility is a very important factor in my life and when I can I try to develop it more. Flexibility is important for me bause I did rhythmic gymnastics when I was younger,and is one of my favourite sports . I recommend gymnastics to every people because is a very beuatiful sport. One advise is not to improve the maximun because you can have an illness or a very serius problem in a muscle. Before start practising you must strenght for 15 minutes. There is a video of a boy explaining how he develop his flexibility.
    I hope it to be useful for somebody and also I hope you like it. Bye Bye.

Hi Angy, I'm Carlos and I think that this will be for real a good way of developing your flexibility, and the point is that I learned lots of new ways that I never even thought about earlier, and also the advantage is that you can decide between doing the whole stretching process or maybe just choose the specific exercises you want to do, because, if for example you have been running you may only need leg stretching.
