Hello! I´m Rodrigo from San Gregorio School and i´m going to explain why I put this video in the second assessent.
The first reason is because this term we are going to have a test of our speed and I thought that this video will help us to take the maximun mark possible.
The second reason is that the speed is very important in all the sports that we have practised this year and for my classmates and for me is important in the sports that we do habitually and I think that if you improve the speed you will improve in the sport that you usually do and you will have more fun.

I´m Angy I think that the video that you post is very interesting because this video teach us how to became faster, and specially because in this assessment we are practising speed and resistance. I don´t have a good resistance so this video is very useful for me,because I have to improve. But the important reason is because we have resistance exams and I want to pass this exams whith good marks,and also improve my speed to be less tired. Hello, my name is Paula and I decided to comment on my partner's video, because I have seen that it is a video that explains very well how to be faster. The most important thing for running is the posture in the video says that you have to relax your head, keep your arms straight and push your body a little forward, very straight. You also have to increase the distance of the steps while you are accelerating, because you advance more than taking short steps, I found this video very interesting because it informs us about the postures that must be used to achieve a good result and being aware of what you should do and how.
