I chose it because of the issues that we are working on Physical Education this evaluation the one I like the most is speed, and in the video we talk about who are the people Faster in the world at the moment and speaks a little of them, as, for example, which of his prizes in his life as a professional are the most important. In my opinion, these people who come out in the video, have not reached that level of speed overnight, but train very hard every day, because if they take a lot of time to rest, they will not give it up. Sufficient to achieve their goals and would not get these important awards they have achieved after a great effort. I like this video because will like to do it when i will be older and it is so hard, it is for people who have a good preparation because the level of it is so high and it incorporates running, bicicle and swimming and because of that is so hard. It requires a lot of resisstance and also concentration and faith.
