  1. Hello! My name is Inés and I’m a student of San Gregorio School. This assessment in Physical Education we practised our flexibility as well as other basic physical conditions, such as strength, speed and endurance. Therefore, I decided to post a video about flexibility, because I think is very important. First, we need to know what flexibility is. Is the basic physical capacity that allows us to move a joint to the maximum length. And there are also factors that conditions it, like the joins movement, the muscle elasticity, the age and the gender.
    Although we may lose our flexibility when we get older, I think it is very important to still practicing it and try not to lose it. This video shows as some ways to warm up and practice our flexibility at home.
