  1. Hi, I'm Pablo and in this video I show you some tips to improve the resistance and can be running or performing any exercise.
    Mainly they are based to improve the running resistance and the tips are very similar not to say the same ones that Peio told us in his day.
    Many of these tips I use when I go to run and I tell you that it is quite improved the time I hold running and over and up the pace which is something very satisfactory I invite you to use them to improve and get better health that is what important.
    Improving resistance should be the main thing if you are going to play any sport, such as football, basketball, etc. so it should be in any training system.
