FLEXIBLITY EXERCISES

Good afternoon, as a 1st year student at San Gregorio College, I decided to put a video on flexibility as it seems to me a good way to learn as much as to perform flexibility exercises as to improve flexibility. In the video you can see exercises of 30 seconds, simple, you could say that everyone who has a little flexibility could do and little by little would improve, but all practicing every day, even half of the exercises , So that the body becomes accustomed to each exercise and thus cost less each time. I have also chosen this subject because flexibility accompanies rhythmic gymnastics and is one of my favorite sports, which I thought was a good idea to learn how to share these exercises with you. I hope you have helped, at least some and continue to exercise that is very good for our muscles and more at our age.
