How to run faster and boost endurance at the same time

  1. During this evaluation on Physical Education courses we’ve been practicing the four main physical capacities which are: endurance, speed, strength, and flexibility.
    We’ve been practicing strength with different arms exercise, for speed we used exercises mainly for the calves and finally for endurance we’ve done different types of running.
    This video shows a new exercise that we haven’t done in class. It’s used as well for training endurance as for training speed. The exercise is very basic, there are just 4 cones situated on a square, and each cone has a number designed. The coach just says the numbers in different order and the player must touch each cone.
    The part of speed is trained when the player must run as fast as he can to the cone the coach said. The part of endurance is trained indirectly. The activity of running at your maximum speed for a while is a tired exercise.

I chose this video of my partner because it seems interesting to me to talk about how to improve your speed and endurance at the same time, since they are two of the most important parts that we have practiced in Physical Education classes, since they are resistance and speed. People who have discovered this method of training are observed to be in good shape, since if you have a negative physical form, it will cost you much more to follow this training and it would cost much more to get improvements, so before following this training , It is preferable that before that you practice some sport and then improve your performance. And this has been my comment to the video of my classmate of Physical Education, I hope you liked the video as much as I liked it, and I hope this motivates you to play sports, because it is the best that you can do.
