I chose this YouTube video because of the issues that we are working on Physical Education this evaluation (strength, endurance, speed and flexibility), the one I like the most is speed, and in the video we talk about who are the people Faster in the world at the moment and speaks a little of them, as, for example, which of his prizes in his life as a professional are the most important. In my opinion, these people who come out in the video, have not reached that level of speed overnight, but train very hard every day, because if they take a lot of time to rest, they will not give it up. Sufficient to achieve their goals and would not get these important awards they have achieved after a great effort. And this has been everything, I hope you liked the video as much as I liked it, and I hope that motivates you to play sports.
I like this video because it shows the fastest people in the world and it is very interesting to watch them run and I think this video is very good since it is well done
I like this video because in this evaluation on Physical Education courses we’ve been practicing the four main physical capacities which are: endurance, speed, strength, and flexibility. We’ve been practicing strength with different arms exercise, for speed we used exercises mainly for the calves and finally for endurance we’ve done different types of running. This video shows a new exercise that we haven’t done in class. It’s used as well for training endurance as for training speed. The exercise is very basic, there are just 4 cones situated on a square, and each cone has a number designed. The coach just says the numbers in different order and the player must touch each cone. The part of speed is trained when the player must run as fast as he can to the cone the coach said. Good video!!
I like so much this video because I think that its amazing that someone can run as fast as the people of the video. Some of them made the world record, but there are many years of training behind it. So its normal that all of them have olympics medal. Only for compete in the olympic games we can know that they are a good sportsmen. I'm sure that we will see sportsmen fasters that the people in the video because there will be more and better athletes.
Woo! I like a lot this video, this are very important athletes. I hope some day i could run like this athletes, it´s a imposible thing to me run so fast as this guys here. This are the best runners that ever exist in this planet. Is incredible the things this guys can do. Run 200 metrres in 200 metres in 19 seconds is incredible, don´t you think? Want you to do that some day? Hopefully practising a lot makes you someday run fast but is a imposible thing to run as fast as this guys can do. A great number of world records are broke by this guys but into this select group of people someone is leading, we´re been lucky to see the greatest athlete in history like usain bolt is.
