RESISTANCE TRAINING

  1. I choose this video because it is relationated with the things we have done in this assesment, endurance. In the video a man practise different tipes of improoving the endurance and resistance, the main effect is to make the movements slowly and similar to make the muscle longer. The man of the video probably have been making this tipe of exercise for many years. It is a constant exercise because if you do it one day you probably do not see the difference, you have to do it constantly to improove the muscles.

  2. I think this video is very nice, it is related with some things we did in this assesment. The man works hard with different excercises. It is pretty good to improve your endurance. I would like to give it a try someday.
