Hi, I'm Pablo and I'm commenting on the video that my colleague Raul uploaded a video that I personally liked a lot apart from his content, which is how important a very strong weight is that Usain Bolt comes out who is the best sprinter of all time and Which holds the world record in 100 meters.
    For me one of the best athletes in the world and it will be a shame to see him retire although I hope he misses a lot and continues to beat records.
    The video is about speed and this is my weak point since I do not have much speed compared to my resistance.

  2. I have chosen this video because this athlete we all know for his achievements in the Olympic Games. Serves to see that to get something you need a lot of hard training like the one you see in the video you train your chest legs ...
    It is hard all that training but it is worth some exercises that we have done in the training to prepare for the tests of strength, endurance, speed ... are exercises very used in many sports because they are efficient for the Performance we need. Is a video that I like because exercises that come out I can apply in my house to strengthen my legs or what I need to get more physical capacity.
