How to Improve Back Flexibility

    I choose this video because I thiing that it´s a good way to improve your back flexibility, there are a lot of ways to improve it. Such as in this video shows. It can be very difficult to some people that are less flexible that another, but if you want to get flexible, you could try to do that.
    In this video, this girl explains some exercises to do, such as the bridge doing in the wall or touch the feet with the head and grab them. I like this video especially becouse I like rhythmic gymnastics, and I think that although this exercises are a bit difficult and extremes, they are worth it.

    I really liked your video because it teaches in a simple way how to increase our back flexibility.
    But it seems really difficult to me to carry out because some of the exercises can be just for people who has a medium level of flexibility. I have very little flexibility in the back and in the other parts of the body.
    I also think that this girl is incredible, because she is able to make very difficult postures, is a little bit scary. This people might have had to practice a lot to increase or just maintain their flexibility. For me increasing my flexibility is one of the main difficult exercises to do.
    Another thing I like is to watch rhythmic gymnastics performance, I find it really interesting.
