  1. Good afternoon, my name is Diana, student of the 1st of Bachiller of San Gregorio School . This Assessment we are going to prepare in the hours of physical education different sports. But in this case I chose a less commonly named sport that is considered inferior than football or basketball but is worthy of naming. In Spain there are many important figures in this category, such as Gemma Mengual,
I have decided to choose this video because it can help you improve your swimming tactics and techniques, in the case that someone is interested. Specifically it is about Viktor Bromer world champion in 200M butterfly. In this video we can learn a technique that is the butterfly swim,He teach us how to place the arms, head .. To make long sets and use different techniques to reduce the water that can´ enter in your body….when it comes to swimming, accompanied by a certain strength. It is an example of butterfly swimming , Viktor show us that you can achieve something if you propose.
I hope you enjoy the video as much as I do and it helps you a lot.
    A greeting
    Diana.

  2. Hello Diana, how are you?
I’m Nuria, I have seen your post and your video and I decided to comment on yours. I was deciding to talk on my post about swimming or volleyball, but I finally choose volleyball and I got very happy when I saw that your post was about swimming. I don’t know who the swimmer on the advice is but he really swims so well. I know how to swim and maintain floating but what I don’t know is to swim with different techniques. It is amazing how people can swim so fast with a very good technique. What I really like instead of swimming is diving, but I can’t be under water many time because I get without air. I liked the guy’s video and I will try it when I have the chance to go to the swimming pool early. Maybe this video gives me some help. Goodbye!
