Hi everyone, I have chosen this video about how to improve the felixibility or how to be flexible, because I don´t have too much flexibility , so it is really useful to my different classmates who are in the shame situation as me. You could take a look of this video, and try to improve your skills at flexibility following step by step , the instructions that the man is given. It isn´t difficult to improve, because the positions or acctions to strenght your muscles aren´t too hard , also there is a relaxing music , so you can go triying your felexibility whiler you are having a relaxing time. On the other hand , when you are an adult it is much difficut to us to get flexibility , I think that our flexibility is already developed,but you can get some . Don´t give up!!! Flexibility is one of the skills more important to move with facilities our muscles, and also to be quicklier. I hope you like my video , following the different steps which are great explaining!! Hi Elsa, I enjoyed too much your video. As you know, i like gymnastics and I like thoose videos of flexibility. I think that althought you´re less flexible than other people, you have to try to do it until you get it. Stretch your back are very important, and I think that in this video, the boy shows some exercises `easy` to some people. If you start to practise gymnastics and flexibility when you are young, in a future you will be a good gymnastic, as many people that can get it. I agree with you in the sentence of flexibility is one of the skills more important to move with facilities our muscles, and also to be quicklier. I enjoy too much your video, thanks!!
