Here I post a video of workout of a men training their jump using different methods and techniques, like jumping on boxes progressively in different heights, and in different initial position kneeling, jumping before, other training is throwing up a ball, that seem not light, ant then do a dunk, next they do a dunks in different styles like in static position and finishing they do sprint whit charging with other person. Definitely a very hard workout, I think they have done it much time an at first not as hard that now but even so it was enough hard.
