  1. I have chosen this video because it clearly and precisely explains how to reduce your waist exercising just 10 minutes per day. It clearly explains very simple exercises. It explains what not to do because then you are doing nothing, and gives tips on how to do it to make it more effective. It also explains which muscles are used in each exercise which is an interesting thing if you want to exercise a specific part of your body. Something positive about these exercises is that you do not need any type of material to do them, so you can do it at home.
