  1. First of all im going to present the video i haven chosen, in this case this is a full uper body hipertrofy workout plan .
    I have chosen this hipertrofy routine because im very interested in this area of the world of exercise and training.

    In this video they explain you the best exercises to how to increase our muscular mass in the main muscles groupes of the upper part of our body:
    When we talk about upper part about body we are talking about the main muscular groups like biceps, triceps, pectoral, deltoids, back and we also can admit abdominals and trapezoids to this group.
    A example of this video are the different exercises like incline dumbell press to perform the best hipertrofy in the chest or in the case of the back: chest-supported rows.

    This video shows us a workout for our upper body. Biceps, triceps, shoulder, pecs, back, etc…
    The good things about this video is that they tell us how to do the exercises so as not to hurt or injure ourselves when using weights. If we do not do the exercise well we can have ligament tears, muscle tears, etc.
    It also shows us which are the exercises with names, time and order of the exercises.
    It appears which muscles we train in each one and very visually with red color the trained muscles.
