  1. I’ve chosen this article that explains how you can make a workout, how to design it in a properly manner. I think the best point of this article is how it puts examples that tag along the definitions throughout all the text, and this makes it understandable. But the counterpoint of this is that, sometimes, I feel that the texts themselves are pretty futile, for I think I can see clearly how to design my workout by just looking at the examples. Nonetheless, I have to say, although futile that for me those texts are, other person can find them interesting, as it could be keener into that matter than I am.
