  1. I chose this video about how to design a workout. It is really useful for everyone, not just for beginners, because it teaches you how to plan yourself in a correct way. She talks about important factors as consistency, the time available you have, the importance of setting certain days and time each week to practice sport with different intensities, swapping between the type of training you are doing (strength or cardio), stablishing the number of sets or repetitions and the pauses between exercises. Definitely, a good planning of your exercise is essential in order to achieve your goals and keep fit.

  2. I have chosen this video because I think it is very important to create correctly (according to your physical form) your workout plan. This video effectively explains every variable (consistency, variety, volume, track…). The best thing that this video has are the advices she gives about loads, repetitions, challenging yourself without hurting your body… I think one of the most important things when you are making your workout plan is not overcharging your body, so videos like this one are very educational for beginners and also good for people that do not follow some of these important advices or that have not done properly their workout plan.
