Good morning everyone. I'm Natalia and I bring you this simple and direct video of how to design a training plan for beginners.
Creating a routine may be easier than you think because it comes down to 3 things: a program that works for you, exercising all the major areas of your body consistently and a selection of exercises. The training shouldn’t last more than an hour.
There are two very important factors: your time and your routine. For beginners, it is recommended to train one day and rest two days so that the muscle gradually enlarges. In the warm-up, your heart rate and blood pressure will slowly increase. During the cool down, your heart rate and blood pressure will slowly decrease.
I have chosen to comment on this video because I think it explains in a very simple and understandable way an exercise routine for beginners that I think is affordable for everyone. As it is made for beginners, the routine has rest days since it is very possible that you have soreness because before this, it is most likely that you had never done an exercise routine, which seems very positive to me. I also think it's good that it gives different options of routines and exercises depending on what you can choose based on your preferences, needs or schedules.
