    I think it's a good idea to make your own training plan because everyone is different. This video offers different tips that can help exercise work for everyone.
    I love how the guy in the video explains how many sets and reps you should do, depending on what you want to improve: endurance, strength...
    The boy also explains how to adjust the practice as his body gets used to it. I think this is very important because this way you can always have an effective workout that suits your physical condition.
